We understand that sometimes hardware may need to be returned for inspection, replacement, or repair.
Please use the form below to submit your return request before you send the device to our office.
We accept returns in the following cases:
- You have received damaged or defective hardware upon delivery.
- The device is not functioning as expected despite correct installation and configuration.
- You have received the wrong product compared to your original order.
- The device needs to be exchanged under warranty.
Please note:
- A clear description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the hardware is required for proper evaluation.
- If your product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
- In cases of user damage, incorrect installation, or products out of warranty, repair or replacement costs may apply.
